I have used Thomas Jefferson as a venue for two events this year (2016) and have also used it numerous times in the past. I have always been completely satisfied with the facility and the rental experience.
As to the two events this year, one was a potluck/workshop and one was a training, both with 20-25 attendees. We used Weston Hall, a very large round room with a large kitchen attached (like a fellowship hall). It is a very well-maintained, adaptable, and inviting space with plenty of tables and chairs available. It can be set up in many, many different configurations. The kitchen is wonderful, as is the very long serving counter in the meeting room – perfect for potlucks (or any buffet meal).
The rental staff is very professional and accommodating. It’s always a pleasure to work with them.
