New Streamlined Yard Sale!

Let’s give ourselves a break while we have fun making money! Drop off some enticing donations so our sales are successful! No back-breaking work this year! We’ve hired young enthusiastic helpers on the first day of drop offs!

Two parts to this Yard Sale:

We want your Donations!  drop off- Sunday, March 20th noon – 4pm; and one other weekday evening (TBD). Let’s drop off as much as we can using our vehicles after church – Some heavy items (furniture, etc.) will be picked up by our young, strong friends, if you can’t bring it in your vehicles. We’ll have helpers to load and unload.

We want your friendly help!  Won’t You Sign up to Support our Yard Sale?

We very much need volunteers to help on the sale days:  4-7pm Friday, Mar 25th and 8-1pm on Sat. March 26th.

We can’t do it without our church-wide support.

Just email Ellen Wade, bigole@aol.com, and she will gladly sign you up for whatever day you wish!
We seriously need  a team of check-out cashiers on both days, help managing our clothing sales, housewares, books, outdoor labyrinth items, and lastly donation drop-off trips to the Goodwill at the end of our sale.
Ask Ellen any questions! SignUp Genius is available for those who want to know what’s needed- Ellen will sign you up! Easy Peasy!

Do we want to enjoy selling our donations? Then let’s donate only marketable items– if it’s outdated and worn- DON’T EXPECT IT TO SELL! So, please select donations that you know someone will want to buy- it’s less to pack up at the end!

We will have our delightful young adult helpers back again who made WinterFair go so smoothly.  Welcome back Jesse, Jacob and Ben!   Boxes and heavy stuff are their job- not ours!

Sunday starting noon, March 20th, is our Major Donation Drop Off Day- only other day for drop-offs on Tuesday, March 22 from 5:30-6:30.

Now taking reservations for furniture pickups at your home Sunday afternoon, March 20th- please email Ellen Wade to reserve your pickup NOW!
