Greetings from the Name Change Committee:

We have been working hard to narrow down the list of possible “first names” for our church.  We have tried to eliminate near duplicates,  names of people, geographically confusing names, single issue names, as well as adverbs or adjectives that we felt did not work well.   Many of the original names were generated by brainstorming and we think may not have been anyone’s favorite.  We have narrowed down the list to a mere 65!  (See attached.)  We plan to send this list out in a Survey Monkey to begin the voting process.  Before we do that, however,  we want to be sure that we have not eliminated a name that someone really loves.  If your very favorite has been eliminated, let us know by 10/18 and we will add it back to the list for the survey monkey.  Our email is newname@tjuc.org.
