Introduction to Havening

What is Havening?

Havening Techniques are a healing modality that uses gentle self touch (on either face, arms or hands) to delink negative emotional reactions from distressing memories and events. Havening techniques was developed by Dr Ronald Ruden, a neuroscientist. In this workshop we will use a protocol for self soothing and comforting.
