First Bipartisan Carbon Pricing Bill of 117th Congress Introduced

Late last week, the first bipartisan carbon pricing bill of the current Congress was introduced by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01) and Rep. Salud Carbajal (D-CA-24).
