All Peoples Outdoor Music Series: The Gabe Evens Trio plays fun songs about animals!

Enjoy “My Pet Project” with your kids or grandkids!   Moving this inside to our Sanctuary to listen to funny and charming songs all about house pets.

Learn about the trials of an iguana named Lana, a fish and a rat who can’t figure out exactly how to be friends, and a child who really wants an ant farm.

The catchy melodies will stick in your head and you learn something about jazz too!

Free and open to the public- moved to indoors.

 

Gabe Evens is the Assistant Professor of Jazz Piano, Composition and Arranging at the University of Louisville, Jamey Aebersold Jazz Studies Program. He has performed throughout the United States and in Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, and France and has played with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, the Miami City Ballet Orchestra, the University of North Texas Symphony and Concert Orchestras, the UNT One O’Clock Lab Band, and the University of Miami Concert Jazz Band.
